Cukie is a Scandinavian-inspired micro-bakery and coffee shop run from a unit on the Carnegie Campus business park in Dunfermline, trading as Cukie Patisserie since incorporation in 2021. The couple behind the counter bake Swedish-style cinnamon buns, sourdough loaves and pastries by hand each day, alongside coffee and simple lunches, drawing on Scandinavian baking traditions for a menu not widely available elsewhere in Fife. The bakery operates from this single Enterprise Way address rather than a shopfront on Dunfermline's high street, a location that has not stopped a following building through word of mouth and social media. Locally sourced ingredients are used where possible in bakes that change with the seasons and the couple's own recipes.
