Cullach Brewing

Cullach Brewing was founded by Will Bond in 2019, first brewing from an industrial unit on the edge of Perth before moving into a C-listed Renaissance-style building on Princes Street, dated 1866, later that year to open its taproom. Beer is served straight from the ten-hectolitre kit on site, with flagship lines including Tayside IPA, Dubh stout, Reverb APA and Zephyr pilsner alongside rotating seasonal brews. Cans and kegs are also sold to take away. Described locally as Perth's only independent brewery taproom, it runs a dog-friendly, lounge-style bar and serves sourdough pizza from Wednesday to Sunday. Cullach operates from this single Princes Street site only.
