Fingal-Rock has traded as an independent wine merchant on Monnow Street in Monmouth since 1987, importing and selling wines from small growers alongside spirits, ales and locally produced ciders. The shop trades as Irma Fingal-Rock and is known within the trade for tastings and an eclectic list drawn from across Europe. It opens Monday to Saturday mornings.
