Gloucester Brewery

Jared Brown and Bev Booth founded the brewery at Gloucester Docks in 2011, and though the founders have since moved on — ownership now sits with a small group of local investors chaired by Lance Bradley, formerly chief executive of Gloucester Rugby — the operation has stayed dockside and independent. Warehouse 4, a converted historic dock warehouse opened in September 2021, runs as taproom, shop and venue, with the Fox's Kiln gin distillery and the Tank bar as siblings around the quay. Open every day, late into Friday and Saturday nights.
