Harbour Nights occupies a 300-year-old former sea captain's house on Arbroath's harbour front, a Grade B listed Georgian building looking over the marina. It is family-run and graded four-star Gold by the AA, operated more like a small hotel than a bedroom let, with a handful of individually styled rooms including a sea-view suite. Breakfast is cooked to order from local produce and can include an Arbroath Smokie, served in a dining room overlooking the boats. Guests get parking and wifi, and the owners handle dietary needs such as gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan by arrangement. It sits in a quiet part of the harbour away from the pubs and restaurants, within walking distance of the town centre and the signal tower. This is a single independent guest house rather than part of an accommodation group.
