Highbury Library opened on Drayton Park in 2015 as a bar built around natural, organic and biodynamic wine, and has since added a retail shop selling bottles to take away alongside beer, spirits, gift boxes and secondhand records. The list runs through small producers from France, Spain, Italy and England, with an emphasis on low-intervention winemaking rather than mainstream labels, and staff will talk customers through unfamiliar bottles rather than simply pointing at shelf tags. A subscription service sends a selected range of bottles monthly or quarterly to regular customers. The bar side keeps the same list available by the glass, with snacks rather than a full kitchen menu, and hosts occasional record nights and tastings. Collection from the shop is free, and delivery across the UK is offered on larger orders. The site sits opposite Drayton Park overground station, a short walk from Arsenal's Emirates Stadium, drawing a mixed crowd of local regulars and match-day visitors.
