Hilliers Butchers is a family-run butcher on Brookside Road in Stratford-upon-Avon, run by Lee and Gaye Hillier with their daughter Catherine. The business traces back to a farm shop Lee opened in Shrewley in 1993, later moving to Snitterfield before settling at the current Stratford shop in 2010. It sells fresh meat, homemade sausages, pies and cooked hams, along with local game in season.
