Louth Distillery

Louth Distillery was founded in 2016 as Lincolnshire's first commercial gin distillery of the modern era, operating from purpose-built premises off Bolingbroke Road in Louth. Its flagship Pin Gin is distilled alongside Rum Cat rum and a Lincolnshire vodka, all produced at the single Wolds market-town site. A new visitor centre opened in April 2023, housing a Gin School and a Tour and Taste Experience for visitors wanting to see the stills and sample the range. The distillery has not opened outlets beyond Louth, selling instead through its visitor centre and stockists across the county. Its founders describe the venture as rooted in family heritage, distilling in the Wolds countryside that surrounds the town.
