A preserved heritage railway running seven and a half miles along the Nene Valley between Peterborough Nene Valley station and Yarwell Junction, headquartered at Wansford station. The original line opened in 1845, closed in 1966, and reopened as a heritage railway in 1977. It is operated by a registered charity, running steam and diesel services with stops at Wansford, Overton (Ferry Meadows) and Orton Mere.
