A small independent brewery that relocated to Inveresk Industrial Estate in Musselburgh in November 2021, having started out at East Coast Organics farm in Pencaitland. Newt Brew produces organic beer in batches of two hundred to a thousand litres, sold in cans, bottles and cask, with sales direct from the brewery by appointment rather than a public taproom.
