Old Stables Studio runs pottery classes from One The Old Stables on Palace House Road, a five-minute walk from Hebden Bridge railway station. The studio holds ten electric wheels, two electric kilns, a slab roller and a large collection of hand tools, and offers weekend introductory wheel-throwing courses, half-day sessions for more experienced potters and ten-week evening and afternoon courses. Group and family sessions can be arranged by request outside the regular timetable. The studio publishes its course calendar well in advance, with dates opened for booking ahead of each new year.
