Roves Farm is a working family farm at Sevenhampton, between Swindon and Highworth, that opened its farm shop and butchery in 2017 alongside an existing visitor centre. Beef, lamb, pork and goat are born and reared on the farm, slow-grown, and butchered on site by the farm's own butchers before going into the shop alongside local dairy, bread, fruit and vegetables, and a zero-waste refill pantry for dried goods. The Woolly Sheep Café serves breakfasts, lunches and cake made in the farm kitchen. Entry to the wider visitor centre, where families can see and handle farm animals, is free, and the site is open daily except over the Christmas and New Year period. School trips, birthday parties and seasonal events run alongside the everyday farm shop trade, making Roves as much a working farm attraction as a food retailer.
