Shrubs &Tubs

Shrubs & Tubs has run as a family-owned garden centre in Antrim since 1992, starting out as a plant nursery beside what is now the Junction One outlet centre before expanding into garden furniture, cane furniture, outdoor ceramics and giftware as demand grew. The centre still grows and sources plants directly, selling bedding plants, shrubs and planted containers and baskets alongside the furniture and decor lines that now make up a large part of the stock. Since it began, the business has built its staffing around a social firm model, offering job placements and work experience to people with learning disabilities as a standard part of how the centre operates rather than as a side project. The site sits on Randalstown Road within the Enkalon Industrial Estate, next to Antrim's Junction One retail park, and has stayed under the same family ownership through its expansion from a single nursery plot into a full garden centre.
