The UnicornInn

The Unicorn Inn trades from a timber-framed building on Weobley's High Street recorded as dating from the 17th century, one of several surviving timber-framed structures in the village. Herefordshire CAMRA lists the freehold as independently held rather than owned by a national pub company or regional brewery, so the cellar is not tied to a single supplier and cask ales rotate between changing guest beers. Current licensees took the pub on in recent years and refreshed the interior while keeping its two-room layout, open fire and beamed ceilings. Food service includes a Tuesday steak night and a Friday fish-and-chip night, alongside darts, pool and occasional live music. It is one of the surviving pubs in Weobley, a village otherwise known for its black-and-white timber buildings on the Black and White Villages trail. Trading hours are limited across the week, with the bar closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
