The Green Bean combines a café and a small deli shop on Broad Street in the centre of Weobley. Owner Emily Starnes runs both sides of the business: a café serving tea, coffee, homemade cakes and light lunches, and an adjoining shop selling fruit, vegetables, wholefoods and deli goods. Bread is delivered fresh each day, and fresh fish is brought in on the first Friday of every month, a fixed date regulars plan their shopping around. The café draws on walkers passing through Weobley's black-and-white village centre as well as local trade doing a weekly shop. It keeps shorter hours than the pubs nearby, trading through the day and closing by mid-afternoon on Saturdays, with no evening opening at any point in the week.
