Three Counties Spirits Co is a small distillery in a Fenny Stratford industrial unit, where founder Luke Garnsworthy, who trained in Michelin-starred kitchens, distils English rum entirely from raw ingredients rather than buying in a base spirit. The Landlocked English Rum range runs to several expressions, from white and navy strength to spiced, coffee and caramelised-pineapple versions, alongside Gin 17-09 made from the heads and tails of the rum runs, plus liqueurs and pre-mixed cocktails. The site doubles as a visitor destination: distillery tours run on Saturday afternoons, and Bruce's Distillery Bar opens on Saturday evenings for cocktails and tasters. Bottles are sold on site and online. Founded in 2023, it is independently owned and operates from this single location, with production and sales handled in-house.
