Watson &Pratt's

Watson & Pratt's grew out of Organic Farm Foods, a business trading from Lampeter since the 1980s; Lucy Watson and Ben Pratt took over the company in 2011 and renamed it in 2016. The Aberaeron shop on Bridge Street stocks organic fruit and vegetables, local meat and dairy, and bread baked daily at the company's own Lampeter bakehouse, Tuesday to Saturday. A second, larger shop sits on the Lampeter industrial estate, where the business now employs more than thirty staff across both sites. Watson & Pratt's holds Soil Association and Organic Farmers & Growers certification, positioning itself as an alternative to the supermarket shop, and also stocks organic wine, Welsh beer and cider alongside household goods.
