Yorkshire Born& Bread

Yorkshire Born & Bread occupies 8 High Street in Pateley Bridge, baking bread, pastries and cakes each morning using family recipes passed down through the generations. The business grew out of Lotties & Ollies, a fruit and vegetable shop that opened on the same high street in 2014, before a spell running the local Spar convenience store from 2016. The dedicated bakery opened in August 2020, selling loaves, croissants and traybakes alongside local free-range eggs, cream and milk. Trade runs Tuesday to Saturday, 8.30am to 3pm, with the shop closed on Sundays and Mondays. The premises sit among Nidderdale's other independent shops in the small market town.
