Aspire Restaurant occupies the former St John the Baptist Episcopal Church on Seafield Terrace in Portsoy, converted over two and a half years by chef-owner Jill Mair after the earlier closure of her Portsoy Coffee Shop and Bistro. The dining room retains original church features and serves a seasonal Scottish menu.
