A coffee roastery and café inside Wellington's former Tonedale wool mill, roasting beans on site for both the café counter and wholesale customers across the region. The kitchen serves breakfast and lunch dishes alongside the coffee, with the roasting equipment visible from the seating area. Brazier had been supplying trade customers for roughly a decade before opening this café.
