BrewTwo

BrewTwo opened in 2024 inside The Cleve community hub in Wellington, founded by Shopna Nicholls and Josh Baker. Nicholls previously managed a Costa branch in Somerset to "store of excellence" standard, ranking in the top 30 nationally, before studying architecture at the University of Greenwich; Baker had worked at The Cleve for a decade beforehand. The single-site café and bistro serves coffee, cakes and afternoon teas by day, moving to a bistro menu with wine and other alcoholic drinks in the evening. Brunch and lunch run throughout the day. The business is dog-friendly and doubles as a meeting point for local groups. BrewTwo trades independently, with no other branches beyond the Wellington site.
