Michael Browne opened this butcher's shop on King Street in Twickenham's Strawberry Hill in 2019, bringing decades of trade experience to a business now run day to day with his two sons. The counter cuts and prepares beef, lamb and pork sourced from named farms in the home counties, alongside a sausage range made on the premises and a seasonal turkey and ham service each Christmas. Chateaubriand and dry-aged fillet are among its steadier sellers, alongside made-to-order platters for private events, with cuts weighed and wrapped to order rather than pre-packaged. It trades from this single King Street shopfront only, with no other branch in London.
