CT15 occupies a corner unit at 502 Antrim Road, at the junction with Old Cavehill Road in north Belfast, where chef Cathy Toner runs the kitchen and dining room. The bistro serves breakfast and lunch through the week, with a full fry, French toast, smashed avocado and homemade scones on the morning menu, moving to sandwiches, soups and salads at midday alongside a children's menu for younger diners. An upstairs room takes private bookings for up to twenty-five guests, hosting birthday and anniversary parties with menus built around the occasion. The bistro closes on Sundays, trading Monday to Saturday mornings into early afternoon only, rather than opening for evening service. It remains Toner's only restaurant, run without a second site elsewhere in the city.
