Dee Light Bakery operates from a single site on Ritherdon Road in Balham, an Australian-owned bakery café with an open kitchen that lets customers watch bakers working through the morning. The counter sells croissants, baguettes and sausage rolls alongside a dedicated range of gluten and wheat-free cakes and savouries, baked on the premises rather than brought in. Coffee is made from Allpress beans, and the café doubles as a children's space, with a play area and model-making parties bookable for younger visitors. A wholesale bakery in Bermondsey supplies some of the volume produced, but the Ritherdon Road shop remains the only customer-facing site, open seven days a week for breakfast and lunch. Evening reservations are available on the licensed premises for private groups.
