Far andWild

Far and Wild operates as a single-site outdoor activity company from St Columb's Park House on the Limavady Road in Derry's Waterside, registered as a community interest company in October 2011. It runs stand-up paddleboarding and kayak tours on the River Foyle, including a Wild Atlantic Salmon Kayak Tour tracing the river's salmon migration route, alongside coasteering, hill-walking, mountain-biking and rock-climbing sessions across the north west. Sessions run with an ecological focus, and the company has organised moonlight kayaking trips and events tied to Derry's Maritime Festival. Based in the grounds of the historic park house rather than a shopfront, Far and Wild works from a single base rather than multiple branches, drawing on local guides for its river and hill-based sessions.
