Fletcher Andrews opened his own room on Princess Street in 2018 with colleagues from the Treby Arms, and runs it as chef-patron: modern British cooking, relaxed in manner about the fine dining it plainly is, holding two AA rosettes and a recommendation in the Michelin Guide. Lunch runs Thursday to Saturday, dinner Tuesday to Saturday, and the room closes Sunday and Monday.
