Fort PerchRock

Coastal defence battery built between 1825 and 1829 at the mouth of the Mersey, privately owned by the Darroch family since the 1970s. Open as a museum with maritime and aviation displays, guest exhibitions and a World War Two themed escape room, plus The Mess café within the fort walls.
