Sarah and Glenn run 2 Blackburne Terrace, a four-room B&B set inside a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse built in 1826 on a private cobbled drive off Blackburne Place, close to the Anglican and Metropolitan cathedrals and the Philharmonic Hall. Each of the four suites has a king-size bed, marble en suite with a roll-top bath, and a smart television, with named rooms ranging from a south-facing suite with the original Georgian shutters to a self-contained suite looking toward the cathedral. Guests share a communal breakfast on silver cutlery and porcelain in the art-filled dining room, and a library-style reception evokes a private members' club. The house was named the Sunday Times Ultimate 100 Best British Hotel in 2015.
