Honeybourne Jewellery is the studio and boutique of Sophie Honeybourne, who trained at the Royal College of Art and began the business in 2003. The shop on Church Street combines a workshop with a fully stocked showroom, so pieces are designed and made on the premises rather than bought in. The range covers ready-to-wear earrings, necklaces, bangles and rings that change with each collection, plus a bespoke service for engagement rings, wedding bands and commissions. Honeybourne also remodels inherited stones and old gold into new pieces, a practical option for customers who want to reuse family jewellery. The studio keeps regular shop hours through the week, and its central Ventnor position sits close to the town's other independent galleries and makers. It is an owner-run, single-site business, registered as Honeybourne Jewellery Limited.
