HS-1 Café Bar is the informal room of the Royal Hotel at 81 Cromwell Street, Stornoway, on the Isle of Lewis. Breakfast runs daily from 8am — open rotis, smashed avocado on sourdough, a Full Scottish, with vegetarian options. Lunch to 4pm covers burgers, homemade focaccias, gyros and Buddha bowls; dinner until 9pm brings local haddock and chips, local mussels and ramen. Takeaway is available, and seating is walk-in only.
