The Maclaurin Art Gallery sits in the grounds of Rozelle Park, Ayr, in a coach house and stables converted in 1976 with a bequest from the late Mrs Mary Maclaurin. The adjacent mansion house was built in 1760 in the style of Robert Adam and gifted to the Royal Burgh of Ayr in 1968. Five galleries show local, national and international work from a contemporary collection, with a tearoom and step-free access. Entry is free.
