Sea Clyde

Sea Clyde runs skippered boat trips out of Largs Yacht Haven aboard Tunnag, a Redbay Stormforce 8.4-metre canopy RIB carrying up to nine passengers. Scheduled sailings head across the Firth of Clyde to circle the Cumbraes, thread the Kyles of Bute and cross to Portavadie, with the skipper slowing for porpoises, dolphins, seals and seabirds along the way. The covered wheelhouse keeps trips running in changeable west-coast weather, and shorter family outings sit alongside longer wildlife runs and a spa-day sailing to Portavadie. Private charters can be booked for groups, stag and hen parties and corporate days. It is a small, owner-run operation working the lower Clyde rather than a large excursion fleet, departing from the marina pontoons a short drive from Largs seafront.
