David and Martina Rogers brew in the North West of Ireland, having returned from almost a decade in Australia, where David learned brewing; the Institute of Brewing & Distilling has since awarded him the Master Brewer qualification. Three beers take their names from measurements: 70 Magnum IPA for its bitterness units, 26 Pale Ale likewise, and 08 Kolsch for its EBC colour. All are unpasteurised, unfiltered, free of artificial additives and bottled fresh on site.
