Pembrokeshire Distillery is a family-owned distillery on Pier Road in Pembroke Dock, run by the Griffiths family and known for its Wreckers Welsh Rum, a spiced rum made with Welsh spring water and seven spices, named for the wreckers who once lured ships onto the county's rocky coastline. It is described by its makers as the county's first distillery and the only rum producer in Wales, working in small batches rather than large-scale production. Where possible the distillery sources ingredients locally and aims to run with minimal waste. As a single-site producer based on the shores of Pembroke Dock, it sells through its own website and independent stockists rather than operating multiple locations or a visitor centre.
