Capital Roasters has roasted coffee in Pembroke Dock since the early 1990s, when it was set up by two Tenby families, and now runs from a purpose-built roastery on Llanion Hill. Visitors can see the roasting floor and giant drum roasters through The Coffee Story, its attached café and retail shop.
