Salthouse Restaurant

The Salthouse Restaurant occupies the upper floor of the Portaferry Sailing Club building on the Shore Road, looking directly across the Narrows where Strangford Lough meets the sea. The kitchen focuses on local seafood such as salmon and mussels alongside comfort food and vegetarian options, and outdoor seating on the shorefront is popular in summer. It seats large groups and families, and has built a steady following among locals and visitors travelling through on the Strangford ferry route.
