Rayanne House

Rayanne House occupies a red-brick villa dating to 1883 at 60 Demesne Road in Holywood, run as a guesthouse and restaurant by owners Bernie and Conor. Eleven en-suite bedrooms are decorated individually, ranging from Chinese-influenced rooms to Art Deco styling, with some overlooking Belfast Lough from the upper floors. The kitchen runs private dining for groups of ten to thirty-six alongside public dining nights, including a recreation of the first-class menu served aboard Titanic on her final voyage and a separate tasting menu format. Breakfast is cooked to order each morning for residents. The house keeps its period features, including original fireplaces and cornicing, while operating as a single independent property rather than part of a hotel group. Bookings run through the guesthouse's own reservation system rather than a franchise-wide platform.
