Knead Bakery

Family-run artisan bakery on Newtownards High Street run by baker Graeme Niblock, whose family has traded on the site for more than two decades under earlier names before a rebrand to Knead. Produces bread, scones, traybakes and pastries daily, with several relatives working behind the counter alongside a wider staff team.
