Small-batch gin and vodka distillery at Ash Farm Courtyard near Stourpaine, founded by Wilfrid after he returned to his native Dorset and spent a year developing the recipe. Named after the historic Shroton agricultural fair, held nearby from 1261 until the late 1960s.
