Streatham WineHouse

Jimmy and Beth, who also run West London Wine School, joined wine and beer specialist Jonny Tyson to acquire what was then South London Wine School in 2019, relaunching the Streatham Hill premises as Streatham Wine House. The single shop operates as a wine merchant with bar service rather than a bar with an incidental retail shelf, stocking more than 300 bottles with over thirty available by the glass, weighted towards natural, organic and biodynamic producers. Tasting flights, supper pairings and short courses run alongside retail sales from the same counter. The Streatham premises is the operation's only wine shop and bar, kept distinct from the founders' separate teaching business, and it has become a reference point for natural wine drinkers in south London.
