Continental-style artisan bakery opened in 2021 by Cathy and Katrina, who between them had spent three decades running cafes before turning to bread. Bakes sourdough, rustique baguette, focaccia, bagels, babka and heritage grain loaves from scratch in small batches, some fermented for up to 48 hours, alongside pastries, and takes trade orders.
