CREMA occupies 46-48 Market Square in Lisburn, serving coffee alongside cooked breakfasts, sandwiches and soup through the day. The café keeps a short menu built around the basics done properly, and a children's menu runs alongside the main one for family visits. Doors open at 8.30am on weekdays, with Sunday trade starting later, at 10am, and finishing by 4pm. Outdoor seating faces onto the square, and the counter does a steady trade in takeaway coffee for people cutting through on their way to the shops. Wheelchair access runs the length of the premises. Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council flagged its opening as part of a wider effort to bring independent traders back to Market Square, and it has stayed a genuinely local, single-site operation since.
