Wine &Brine

Wine & Brine occupies a Georgian-fronted building on Moira's Main Street, where chef Chris McGowan and his wife Davina opened their restaurant in 2015. The kitchen leans on brining, pickling and fermenting techniques applied to Northern Irish meat, fish and vegetables, and the restaurant has held a Michelin Bib Gourmand for several consecutive years.
