Yorkshire Craft Butchery is a working butcher's shop on Town End in Golcar, owned and run by Gavin and his wife Michelle with a small team. They dry-age native-breed beef including Belted Galloway, Dexter and Hereford, hand-link more than fifty sausage flavours, cure and smoke their own bacon in-house, and bake pies from scratch without pre-made mixes.
