A traditional smokehouse on the Elvicta Park trading estate in Crickhowell, oak-smoking salmon, trout and other produce on site before selling it through an attached shop and by mail order. The business builds its own hampers from its smoked ranges alongside other Welsh food and drink, and remains a single-site producer rather than a wholesale supplier to multiple outlets.
