Malcolm and Kath Severn run Cefn Uchaf as a working farm guest house above the Cwm Pennant valley, four miles inland from Criccieth. The house has eight letting rooms, seven of them en suite, alongside a separate two-bedroom self-catering cottage let independently of the main guest house. Rooms look out over the valley toward the Eryri peaks, with Moel Hebog and the ridge above Cwm Pennant forming the immediate skyline. Breakfast is served in the farmhouse using local and home-produced ingredients where possible. The farm itself continues to run alongside the guest accommodation, giving visitors a working farm setting rather than a converted or purely residential one. Booking is handled directly through the guest house.
