Andrew and Lisa run Coddy's Farm as a working hundred-acre farm above Holmbridge, keeping a herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle, a flock of sheep and free-range hens alongside eight ensuite bedrooms set in a restored stone farm building. Breakfast uses eggs, bacon and sausage from the farm's own butchery, served in a dining room warmed by a wood-burning stove with beams left from the original structure. The farm has passed through three generations of the same family, from Andrew's grandparents through his parents Brian and Lorraine before Andrew and Lisa took over in 2000. A farm shop by the car park sells cuts from their own livestock alongside eggs and preserves, and an events barn hosts weddings and small gatherings separate from the guest rooms. Rooms look out over the Holme Valley, with walking routes onto the moor nearby.
