Farine Bakery occupies a unit on Fort William's High Street, opened by Coalin Finn and Kristina Paritskaya, who registered the business in May 2024 after working in fine-dining kitchens across Europe. Finn bakes slow-fermented sourdough daily alongside croissants, tarts, seasonal pastries and cakes, with sandwiches made up through the morning for takeaway. The couple built the plan for their own bakery in January 2024, drawing on training picked up abroad rather than any Highland baking tradition, and the shop has built a following through Instagram as much as passing trade. Custom cakes are made to order for birthdays and other occasions. There is no dedicated website; Instagram and Facebook carry the shop's daily output and opening updates. Open Tuesday to Saturday, 8am to 4pm, closed Sunday and Monday.
