Fire WorkGlass Studio

Fire Work Glass Studio is a small family-run glassblowing workshop set in a garden studio at Brushford, Diptford, near Totnes, opened in October 2020 by Izach, who trained in the United States before returning to Devon. Working from a furnace and equipment housed on site, Izach hand-blows paperweights, vases, baubles and bespoke or memorial pieces, sold through an on-site shop and online. Visitors can book a guided glassblowing experience lasting around ninety minutes, learning to gather and shape molten glass into their own finished piece under supervision. The studio is roughly fifteen minutes from Totnes and thirty minutes from Plymouth, with free on-site parking. Sessions and viewings run by appointment, and the family's two dogs are often around the studio.
