Glenwinny Distillery

Family-owned micro-distillery on Main Street in Lisbellaw, opened in 2021 by Margaret Elliott-Tredinnick after she returned from Bristol. Produces small-batch pot-still whiskey, poitin-style gin and rum using organic and heritage malted grain. A single-site operation rather than part of a wider drinks group.
